Unbelievable as it may seem your Physician is holding out the truth about causes of stomach pain and digestive system problems that you are dealing with.

That’s right if your Healthcare Provider has not set you down and discussed with you how your digestive system works along with guidelines to incorporate to keep it healthy and at peak performance then they are holding out on you.

And that means constant discomfort that you will have to endure until you find relief on your own. But why? You pay theseindividuals to heal you,Right?

Don’t be misled there are big bucks to be made in the pharmaceutical industry and every physician that prescribe them get kickbacks.

So if you are having digestive system problems that keep coming back you may have to make it on your own or go to Pappy’s Health.com/alternative health care

There are ways to deal with these problems but let’s take a look at why we have them in the first place.

Basic Biology tells us that different types of foods release different types of digestive enzymes, some acid and others alkaline. By themselve each type of enzyme does a fantastic job breaking down foods as it was entended. The problem is when both types of these digestive enzymes are released at the same time, that’s when all hell breaks loose in our digestive system.

Because they cancel each other out and neither one is able to do their job, leaving all that undigested food just sitting around for hours fermenting, rotting, and putrefies until it’s forced into the small intestine.

Results of all this is the cause of stomach pain and to be more specific: Gas, Heartburn, Bloating, Cramps, Diarrhea and this leads to Acid Reflux, Gastritis, Constipation, IBS, Diverticulosis, Diverticulitis, Colitis and Crohn’s (IBD)…

Well you get the picture and this is just a small amount of information about the way your digestive system works.

Think about it what did people do before we had all the Super Pill?

You have a problem, great Pop-A-Pill. You know if Grandma had heartburn she didn’t take a handful of antacids she went to the kitchen found the Apple Cider Vinegar and down the chute.(She swallowed it)

They had Natural Home Remedies, herbs, fruits and vegetables that kept them healthy.

It wasn’t until the 20th Century that all these Home cures vanished and were replace by the Super Pills.

Today’s unholy combination of chemical-filled processed foods together with eating customs that erode our digestive systems beyond their power adds up to a world of pain for millions of us.

Pharmaceutical companies rake in billions of dollars a year on drugs that completely mask symptoms. They don’t address the source. And they produce awful side effects that need to be treated with other prescription drugs, developing even MORE sales and profits for the pharmaceutical corporations!

Makes you kind of wonder maybe we need to go back in history for our health problem cures and see if we can discover the Causes Of Stomach Pain and Digestive System Problems???

How Can ICure Constipation Naturally? Are You Having Difficulty Discovering Constipation Treatments? This Is My Story Concerning The Methods I Used To Obtain Relief.

Immeasurable people put up with constipation. This tough health issue afflicts millions of people every day of their lives. It can cause horrendous agony and lead to hefty amounts of time within the bathroom. I am one of these folks who used to experience constipation many times each week from constipation, but by following several simple and natural strategies, I’ve reduced the impact constipation has had on my life and well-being. While my commentary is long, and writing about constipation is not something I enjoyed, I wanted to share with you what has worked for me to cure constipation naturally and decrease the dreadful impact this health challenge has had on my life.

Looking back on my life, I believe I have been constipated for 80% of it. It has been a chronic challenge for my life, and it has caused me pain and a ton of time in the restroom than anyone should have to spend there. Constipation is something virtually each person and many non-human animals be subjected to from time-to-time, but whatever you may think about it,persistent constipation is a curse — one that has troubled me for most of my life.

For lots of years, I have tried to find strategies to cure constipation naturally. Several are just common everyday things that we normally might ignore as natural ways to cure, or at least lessen, constipation. I’m not a medical professional by any means, nor do I have instruction in natural healing strategies — but by virtue of having frequent constipation a large amount of my life, I have become of an authority on what works naturally for me. Maybe some of these tips will work for you.

When I was growing up and living with my parents as a kid and teenager, I ate a heap of processed foods, particularly during the winter. When garden produce was scant and regularly unavailable, we have a tendency to eat largely processed food. My father had stomach ulcers and so our diet at home was awfully bland. Dad was a meat and potato kind of guy. And, so, that’s what we ate since my father ruled the roost. Other than in the summer, the vegetables and fruits we consumed were canned by Mom or came in cans from the grocery store. I was constipated a lot.

After I was married, I tried to make sure we had balanced diets with fresh fruits and vegetables or a minimum of frozen fruits and vegetables. My husband and I don’t really like canned produce. I was adding natural fiber to our diets previous to the time it was the fashionable thing to do. You know what? The constipation got better. I slowly realized how useful the natural fiber of fruits and veggies really IS a way to cure constipation naturally. The constipation was still a problem, but was more manageable and not as painful.

Then, about 10 years ago, my life suddenly changed. As I got out of bed one November morning, my legs were numb. I assumed that I maybe had twisted in a funny way while lifting some heavy objects the previous day. However, over the subsequent month, the lack of sensation in my legs got worse, and it traveled up to around my waist. I had some days where I couldn’t walk. The doctors believed I was either starting MS or a virus had attacked my spinal column. Since they found no MS legions on my brain, they decided on the latter. To relieve my symptoms, the doctors gave me 5 days of super powerful intravenous steroids that really created chaos in my system. Because I had very little feeling below the waist, my intestines didn’t function properly. The result — the constipation was a lot worse. So, for the last ten years, I’ve been trying different combinations of natural ways to induce my body to eliminate waste more efficiently so that I will stay healthy.

Here is an outline of how I have tried to cure constipation naturally:

1. Eat fruits and vegetables; tons of them! We hear this all the time for our general health from dietary experts and physicians. That’s because most vegetables and fruits are stuffed with natural fiber, and fiber is what causes our intestines move the food and waste through to be expelled without stopping up the plumbing. I eat mostly fresh or frozen veggies and fruits. I don’t eat a lot of the canned or processed varieties because I think nearly all of the natural fiber is removed in the processing. By the way, when watermelon is in season, I find this fruit to be one of the most effective natural weapons to ease constipation.

2. Scale back the intake of dairy products and red meats. I have significantly reduced dairy products and red meats. I’ve found after I eat dairy products or consume red meats, my constipation becomes worse — sometimes a great deal worse. I’d much rather keep away from that yummy ice cream sundae now than reap the results of being constipated and having to throw away an hour in the bathroom when I have much more important things to do with my life.

3. Scale back or completely eliminate most processed foods from your diet and eat as gluten free as possible. I generally end up with a little wheat in my foods, however I really try not to. (That’s not an easy feat nowadays!!!) Whereas I know wheat is a natural product, it becomes unnatural when it’s processed. I have observed when I keep the wheat to the smallest possible amounts or not eat any, the constipation is not as much of a challenge. When I consume more processed foods, which tends to be served in restaurants and avoiding wheat becomes a true challenge, the constipation is worse over the subsequent few days.

4. Eat healthy nuts. I’ve also added healthy nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans and pistachios to my diet. These are a smart source of natural fiber, and seem to assist the ability of the intestines to remove the waste.

5. Take Vitamin E and Fish Oil every day. These are healthy fats that seem to assist my digestive system and help to scale back the constipation I have. These 2 items also seem to have a side benefit of serving to my skin keep its natural luster and suppleness.

6. Take Vitamin D3 every day — at least 1000 mg. Since we reside in a northern climate where it snows 5 months of the year and the sun is low within the sky during the winter, we don’t get enough Vitamin D3 naturally. Both my husband and I take Vitamin D3 every day. We have been doing this for a long time even before the latest news and medical reports have described the benefits of Vitamin D3 and how most people, except those in the tropics where the sun shines virtually each day, lack sufficient quantities of Vitamin D3. Whether or not this is true, I know that Vitamin D3 appears to help reduce my constipation. It’s a naturally occurring vitamin if an individual gets enough sun; thus including it as supplement has appeared to help scale back my constipation and it’s enhanced my general wellbeing in the winter months.

7. Take fiber tablets and stool softener each day. My husband and I take 2 fiber tablets and one stool softener each day. This one factor by itself has modified the life of my husband. He has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). One of the results of IBS will be severe constipation, which he has had. However, when he began taking fiber and the stool softener every day, his IBS nearly disappeared as did his constipation. He’s now thankful to be “regular” provided he doesn’t eat processed foods in large quantities. The fiber tablets and stool softener helps me as well, and while my constipation remains with me, it is not as much as it used to be. FYI, fiber also comes in the form of powder that you are able to combine with water. I won’t name specific fiber powder type products, but inquire at your pharmacy about it if you would rather “drink” your fiber than swallow a pill.

8. Drink lots of water. I attempt to drink as much water as I can. I know the “official” suggestion are 8 to 10 eight oz. glasses every day. This total is a smart quantity to shoot for, but sometimes I drink more than eight glasses of water each, which doesn’t appear to harm me. Sure I’ve got to urinate more, but you know what? The water helps decrease my constipation, and what could be more natural than drinking lots of water every day?

9. Exercise every day; or at least five days each week. Keeping my body active through exercise regularly assists my intestines to function correctly with less constipation allowing waste and food to travel through my intestines. A number of years ago, I visited my grandmother when she resided in an assisted living facility. She was nearly one hundred years old and complaining about health challenges. I asked her if she exercised regularly and she replied sarcastically “Oh, you think that is the answer for everything!” Well, I do believe it! I have seen recurring exercise do some remarkable things for my husband, who was very overweight and lost over 150 pounds just by starting to exercise and amend his diet. I do believe exercise can help improve most anything in our body, soul and spirit.

10. Attempt taking probiotics. I had been eating yogurt with probiotics as another natural method to assist my digestion and keep the intestines moving. However, since I don’t tolerate dairy products very well, I have switched to probiotic tablets or “pearls.” (There are plenty of brands out there.) For those who aren’t knowledgeable about, a probiotic assists digestion by producing sensible “flora” or the good bacteria required in your abdomen and intestines to effectively digest food and get rid of waste.

11. Try a colon cleanse product. Our son has inherited our digestive problems. He has found that for quick relief of constipation, a colon cleanser works best for him. In individuals who eat a “western” hemisphere diet which is high in fat and processed foods, their colons and intestines aren’t purging as they are supposed to naturally. Waste builds up, particularly within the colon. A colon cleanse product removes all the rubbish that accumulates in the lining of the intestines and colon. Once that rubbish is removed from the digestive system, the intestines function as they ought to until we put more garbage in there and it needs to be cleaned out again. Our son researched existing colon cleanse products on the internet, trying to find a more natural and gentle colon cleanser. He selected Oxy-Powder. There are various available colon cleansers and you need to decide on a natural one that will not damage to your intestines. However, please look at Oxy-Powder, a natural colon cleanse product that can assist you achieve relief and answer the question “how can I cure constipation naturally ?”

Constipation is a difficult and usually a painful health problem. It is truly a gift when it’s no longer a challenge that plagues a person a lot of the time. It’s a gift when our intestines and colon function properly and empty as they should. May you find answers for this difficult health concern and find relief through a way or a combination of those approaches to cure constipation naturally.

Blessings, Mia Hawk (www.bullmarkettech.com)

Lower Left Abdominal Pain Is A Miserable Affliction

Abdominal pain is a miserable affair. It saps vitality and brings us face to face with our humanity and frailty. My lower left abdominal pain began in childhood and has continued through middle age. It has not been a continuous occurrence; rather, it has raised its ugly head on sporadic occasion. Sometimes years have passed with no occurrence; other times, I have suffered multiple attacks within the span of a month. Symptoms have not always been consistent or easily localized to lower left abdominal pain. Sometimes, waves of nausea have assailed me; on other occasions extremely loose stools and cramping have been the symptoms; on still other occasions very localized pain and fever have confronted me.

The causes to these events are likely diverse and due to a multitude of issues. I have tried to understand what causes these vexing incidents and investigated how to treat the pain in a manner that addresses the cause or causes and not merely the symptoms. I also have investigated lifestyle changes to help mitigate these painful attacks. I have not been totally successful but have, it seems, gotten the frequency of attacks to lessen. Consider this article my open journal through lower left abdominal pain and hopefully, your portal to answers.

On some occasions and generally very late at night I awake in a restless state and with a general sense of unease. While there is lower left abdominal pain, it is very low-sometimes seemingly as low as my anus. I have a vague urge to have a bowel movement and generally find myself on the commode soon after. When this urge occurs, there is generally nothing, or very little, to expel. Soon after I become light headed and nauseated. I have never vomited as a result of this, although I can imagine that some who experience these symptoms might do so (I am grateful that I have not!). It is not uncommon that I find myself face down on the floor-so distressed that I feel like I might pass out. Soon after these symptoms abate somewhat, generally in a span of 2-5 minutes, I feel very dehydrated, finding myself calling out for a glass of ice water. These symptoms largely disappear within 10 minutes, but it is not uncommon that they reappear within 15 to 20 minutes and that 2-4 cycles occur over the span of 1 to 2 hours.

While a number of disorders can be related to these symptoms, I believe that, in my case, these instances of lower left abdominal pain are related to a spastic colon brought on by too rich a diet and aggravated by stress. I do not know exactly what dietary items bring these symptoms on, but have generally found that such attacks occur after eating rich, heavy foods (like some commercially produced donuts or pecan rolls). A balanced diet comprised of whole grains and home cooked meals seem to lessen such attacks. Increasing roughage also seems to be a key aid in preventing these attacks.
